A converted stucco terrace in South Kensington required fire safety improvements to communal areas together with an upgrade of the landlord’s electrical installation. Calcula specified the works, ran the Section 20 consultation with the managing agent, tendered the contract and administered it through to completion while the building remained fully occupied.
