How we use it

To respond to enquiries and provide our services; to administer contracts and comply with our professional and legal obligations; to maintain records required by RICS and CIOB; and, where you have agreed, to send occasional updates about our work. We rely on contract, legitimate interests and, where applicable, consent as the lawful bases for processing.

Sharing

We share information only where necessary to deliver a service, for example with contractors tendering for works, with our professional advisers and insurers, or where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Project records are retained for the period required by our professional indemnity insurers and regulators, typically fifteen years after completion. Enquiry data that does not lead to an instruction is deleted after two years.
