Vast experience in our field.
Calcula was established in 2015 providing commercial services to the construction industry and local authorities. After quick success in these areas, the company grew to offer further services in project management and building surveying.
Having vast experience in both contracting and consultancy, the team at Calcula have a rounded understanding of the industry allowing us to offer a unique approach. We know how work is priced, procured and built, so our advice holds up on site as well as on paper.

Our story
2015
Calcula established in Bedford, providing estimating and commercial services to the construction industry and local authorities.
2017
Project management added following repeat instructions from public sector and private clients.
2019
Building surveying practice established; first major works instructions for leasehold blocks in London.
Today
Chartered Building Consultancy regulated by RICS, working for managing agents, freeholders, RMCs and public sector clients nationwide.
CIOB Chartered Building Consultancy, regulated by RICS.
Calcula Ltd is a Chartered Building Consultancy registered with the Chartered Institute of Building and is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Both require adherence to professional standards, insurance, continuing professional development and a formal complaints procedure.

Liam founded Calcula in 2015 after a career spanning main contracting and consultancy. A Chartered Member of the CIOB and an Associate of RICS, he leads every instruction personally.
