Liam founded Calcula in 2015 after a career spanning main contracting and consultancy. A Chartered Member of the CIOB and an Associate of RICS, he leads every instruction personally.
Victoria is a chartered accountant by profession and has been part of Calcula since it was founded in 2015, first as company secretary and, since 2019, as a director. She oversees the finance, compliance and day-to-day running of the practice, so clients deal with a well-run firm as well as a technically strong one. Outside Calcula she sits on the board of trustees of Riseley Community Charity.
Ryan is a Chartered Member of the CIOB with more than twenty years in construction, beginning on the tools as a mason before moving into project management of residential and commercial works across London. That hands-on grounding shapes his surveying: specifications that are buildable and advice that holds up on site. He also brings measured survey expertise, including LiDAR point-cloud capture of period and complex buildings.

Our surveyors hold membership of the Chartered Institute of Building and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the practice is regulated by RICS. We carry professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the work we undertake and maintain continuing professional development across the team.
