Regulated by RICS
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors regulates firms as well as individuals. Regulated firms must meet the RICS Rules of Conduct, hold appropriate insurance, handle client money correctly and maintain a complaints procedure.

Complaints handling procedure
A two-stage procedure meeting RICS requirements: a written complaint is reviewed by our director, with referral to an independent, RICS-approved redress provider if it cannot be resolved.
Quality assurance policy
How we deliver surveying services to the professional and ethical standards of the CIOB and RICS, with clear client briefs, documented procedures and continuing professional development.

We carry professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the work we undertake and operate a written complaints handling procedure, as required of RICS regulated firms. It has two stages: a review by our director, and if that does not resolve matters, referral to an independent redress provider approved by RICS.
